Exercise
Many people wonder if exercise correlates with hair loss and if it has any effect on it at all. The science says that a majority of the time, DHT is related to hair loss and can possibly be affected by different conditions such as diabetes, thyroid, stress and of course medication side effects. Stress can cause hair loss through raised levels of cortisone levels in the body. Cortisone is actually the hormone that is released by the body during major stresses to the body. Cortisone will eventually convert hairs into the resting phase of growth which leads to finer and thinner hairs. Conversely, studies by respected treatments like Revivogen have shown that regular cardiovascular & aerobic exercise will find a reduction in the overall DHT levels in the body. These lowered levels would be much more beneficial to the hair and the root of the hair follicle. There is also always the prospect of getting a hair transplant.
