Re-Entering the Social Scene

After creating a “new you,” people usually make the decision to re-enter the social scene is an integral part of becoming a new person. The social scene may have changed since the last time you were “out there” but with your new self-confidence; blending in, or should I say “standing out” should not be a problem. The healthy self-image that you have worked so hard to create in this make over period has given you the confidence that you once so severely lacked.

Creating a “new you” was entirely up to you and requires commitment on your part to make yourself over. A new you requires a make over that includes the ability to improve your diet, exercise and lose weight. However, improving your lifestyle by decreasing the stress in your life can do wonders for your hair. Many people begin to panic at the first sight of hair in the drain but the truth is that we shed about 150 hairs per day. It is important to start a regimen you are comfortable with that includes deep scalp cleansers and DHT blockers. If you are dead set on having perfect hair, there is always the option to look into the hair transplant.

Taking on the challenge of making yourself over starting from the scalp down can seem like a daunting task. Seeing that taking the time to invest in remaking your entire image can take upwards of six months to a year, it is important to remember that your work not go unnoticed by yourself. This is time and money that you genuinely invested in yourself so it is important to remember that this is a new body for a new you. Make the statement you set out to make by following through on re-entering the social scene you left and promised yourself to which you would return. This will improve your self-image, boost your self confidence and get you back to the person you originally started out trying to get back to being.
