Making sure that you maintain your diet of eating smarter and a consistent regiment of exercise will assure that you continue your new good habits. Serotonin is known as the “feel good” chemical in the brain and it assists us keep an evenhanded and happy perspective on life. A new body for a new you can raise your serotonin levels to an excellent level where you are feeling that you have better coping abilities and can deal with stress more easily. All of these things that you do for yourself will put you in charge of you where you should be. Making sure to control your weight training and modify it as such is important so that you do not go overboard on any one given workout.
